Dr. Anand Reddy Singareddy

Dr. Anand Reddy Singareddy, is a certified Executive and Leadership coach from the worlds prestigious coaching organization Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Center and India’s leading coaching organization Grow More. He is a motivational speaker, corporate trainer, Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Academically strongly rooted with his doctoral degree (PhD) in leadership, two masters: one in business administration and one in Counseling and Psychotherapy. He also Holds many certifications from prominent international bodies like Standford University, Dale Carnegie, Oscar Murphy and also Indian Premium institute XLRI.

He worked with various organizations and was instrumental in bringing in various developmental interventions. As assistant professor, he made valuable contribution to the institute by establishing industry contacts and interaction. As one of the founding member of Learning and Development department in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies, he played pivotal role in bringing in various interventions and setting up a system in the organization. In another organization as a head of HR, he brought a digital transformation in the organization by digitalizing 80% of the operations in the HR department. As a CLO of the current organization, he brought in a transformation in learning systems and methods by initiating various current market trends and made the organization as a market leader in the area of L&D.

As a Chairman of Indian Society for Training and Development for the year 2021-23, he has made the chapter to be one of the most happening chapter in comparison with all the other HR professional bodies in Hyderabad with lot of learning based activities by connecting academy and industry and also enhancing the knowledge of learned professionals.

As a researcher he has published over 30 national and international research articles and paper presentations and published two books and received Best paper award in international conference. He visits colleges and appears in TV shows to share his knowledge. He is being invited as keynote speaker on national and international platforms.

Commending his works, various bodies have acknowledged his service and awarded him. He has received awards at HR tech Summit for employee empowerment, World HRD congress as top HR leaders in Telangana in 2022, 101 most Iconic Learning and Development Leaders 2023, Most influential person in Training by IKON and HR Champion of the Year award for 2022 By IKON.
