Allwyn Dsilva is a seasoned professional in the Telecom industry, boasting a distinguished career spanning two and a half decades exclusively within the Tata Group. With expertise across the Telecom value chain, he holds a Masters degree in HR & Marketing, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and is a Gold Certified Kirk Patrick professional. His notable achievements include spearheading the launch of the first Contact Center, introducing an innovative Intranet Portal, and leading the establishment of the Tata Communications Academy.
