Nancy is a global HR andTalent and Organizational Developmentleader, and a certified coach and assessor. She draws on morethan 15 years' experience in business and HR practices within different industries and sectors.

Nancy is a strong believer in the importance of leveraging strengths, and is passionate about leading personal and organizational growth and inspiring others to do the same.

Professional Experience:
Nancy has held various HR roles in government and multinational organizations at a regional and global level. She has extensive international experience working across many geographies and cultures in the capacity of a coach and HR professionalcreating, owning, and implementing stragegies for employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, competency design, and other HR and Talent and Organizational Development practices. This gives her the breadth and depth of understanding business challenges across the globe, and helps her to easily build rapport with stakeholders at all levels to provide the right business solutions. With her coaching hat on, Nancy helps individuals deepen their self-awareness, understand the impact of their behaviours and make deliberate choices about opportunities on which to focus. She strives to make coaching and team work an enjoyable process of discovery, commitment and tangible change.

Nancy is a holder of a Masters' in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah (AUS)and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Lebanese American University (LAU). Sheis a lifelong learner who has pursued several certifications throughout her career and is currently a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach- (CPCC), Certified Positve Intelligence Coach, Certified Strengths Coach, Certified People Acuity Guide, Professional Certified Coach for Innovators, a holder of SPHRi Certification from HRCI and SHRM- SCP from SHRM. She is Organization & Relationship Systems Coach and Conversational Intelligence Enhanced practitioner. Nancy is certified in a variety of Psychometric assessment tools that she uses as needed to support leadership development within organizations, and to facilitate individual and team coaching sessions.
