Biography

Kristopher Newbauer is CHRO/head of global people & talent at Rotary International, the world's oldest (and one of the largest) humanitarian service club organization. Kristopher is the 2021-23 Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Accreditors Continuing Education and Training (IACET). He holds a master of education in global human resource development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master of human resource management (MHRM). He holds certificates in human resources from Cornell University and DePaul University. Kristopher served on the faculty of human resources development, department of educational leadership in the College of Education at Northeastern Illinois University and previously on the adjunct faculty of the department of education policy, organization, and leadership in the College of Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Newbauer served as Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the 2019 Association for Talent Development (ATD) International Conference & Exposition. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) in August 2018, and he was honored by Crain's as a Notable Leader in Human Resources in 2020.
