Jonathan Dsouza

Jonathan is a passionate business leader focused on people at the core of everything he does. With more than 17 years of experience, Jonathan has spent the past 10 years in leadership positions with his career in corporate as well as HR consulting, partnering with leading organizations operating in various sectors; ranging from start-ups to large enterprises, working closely with boards, entrepreneurs, family offices & seasoned professionals. He has led cross-functional teams in enabling technology enhancements, sales analytics & corporate strategy.

Recognized as a Top 40 under 40 HR Leader, he currently leads the Human Resource function for Welspun One Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd apart from anchoring the Centre of Excellence for Talent, Performance and Rewards for Welspun Group.

Armed with a degree in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and General Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad; Jonathan loves discussing psychology, behavioural economics & capital markets.
