Sandeep has a strong background of successful implementation of global ERPs such as with SAP and Oracle.

During his entrepreneurial journey, Sandeep was a co-founder and director of multiple ventures that developed HR tech products, HR Outsourcing and HR Consulting solutions.

As senior HR Business partner, Sandeep has been advising and guiding CXO level management, business heads, senior and midlevel leadership team of organizations on strategic people management and talent development areas.

Sandeep’s had led designing HR strategies, cultural transformations and scaling people practices across different sizes and scale of organizations starting from large-scale Global organization, reputed large India organizations, SMB (Small and medium size businesses) to green field projects.

In his professional career Sandeep gained diversified domain exposure of working with Life Sciences, Health care, BPO & KPO, IT & ITES, Service Based, Manufacturing, Outsourcing companies.
