Rama Kaushik

As a person, I am curious, versatile, and observant. I am an HR professional whose objective is to work in/make an organization that fosters an environment of creativity and continual learning where I can implement and home professional and personal skills.

With a deep experience in human resource management and consulting, I am passionate about creating and nurturing a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence in organizations. I am currently the Head-HR Business Partner at GenSpark, India, an emerging talent solutions company that provides top notch training solutions, online courses, assessments, and placements for students and professionals, under Pyramid Consulting Inc.

As the Head-HR Business Partner, I am responsible for designing and implementing various HR processes and policies, such as employee engagement, payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, and recruitment. I also lead the HR transition and transformation initiatives, as ProGrad became an independent organization from FACE Academy and later acquired by GenSpark. Additionally, I leverage my SHRM certification and EPDHRM degree to provide strategic HR guidance and support to the co-founders and business heads, and to foster employee engagement and retention. Earlier, I also worked as an independent HR consultant, offering HR services to start-ups and other firms, such as developing employee handbooks, talent management, and HR analytics.

I owe my learnings to a wide experience of working with MNCs as well as startups. My strength is the never giving up attitude and I have a high inclination toward learning new technologies and concepts.

Apart from this one might catch me singing in a rock band, writing poetry/blogs, trying different forms of dancing, experimenting with food recipes, and living life lively.
