For someone who had always had a 2-year career plan, I think I have come a long distance. While it was not deliberate, I think my ability to plan and experiment with something new every 2 years helped me to gain diverse experiences, try new things, fail, learn and move again. Over the last 17 years, I have had the privilege to lead and manage Talent transformations in complex and matrix business environments in organisations like Wipro, Microsoft and SAP. While I come with strong business & people acumen, my real value add is to influence business decisions with a sense of purpose. I take pride in having a keen sense of listening and understanding voices on the ground, coupled with strong analytical and data interpretation skills. My work has been on areas that can bring the real change- whether it is Early Talent, New age leadership, Learning or Diversity and has been recognized as best practices by the Industry and Academia.

I take keen interest to contribute and learn on power of Human Capital, Digital transformation & Future of work. I am passionate about what the Organizations can achieve by being purposeful.
