In a career spanning over 22 years, Sanjay has worked with various organizations like Taj hotels, Siemens, AXA and Capita. His professional expertise spans across diverse areas like Strategic Planning, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Building High Performing Culture, Framework Implementation, Solution Designing, Deploying Learning Strategies and Building High Motivation Teams. Sanjay completed Executive General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore, Advanced Human Resources Program from IIM, Ahmedabad and Strategy Implementation from ISB, Hyderabad.

Sanjay's multi-dimensional experience has helped Human Resources team to be more effective and efficient by realigning policies and procedures to the evolving workforce, implementing automation, embedding data driven approach in decision making, integrating learning with work and creating an employee-centric culture aligned with company values and goals.

Sanjay is regular on panel discussions at various Industry forums, EducationalInstitutions like IIMs and motivational speaker on various prestigious platforms across India delivering keynote speeches and imparting knowledge on various topics like -
