With10 years of experience across a wide spectrum of HR functions,Ipsita is currently Associate Vice President - HR at ValueLabs, a global technology company. Over the last 23 years, ValueLabs has expanded to 30 locations and over 150 clients, with an industry leading client NPS score of more than 75. Prior to ValueLabs, she has worked at Deloitte Consulting and Synechron.

A fast-track performer with a proven track record, she is a strategic HR professional and enjoys consulting & working with business leaders. She is one of the Employee Success Leaders in the organization and is also the Head of the Campus Engagement and Learning & Development Teams.

Ipsita grew up surrounded by academicians. Thus, when the time came for her to select an appropriate career path for herself, academiaseemed the natural choice. She was gearing up to pursue a Ph.D. in Sociology after her post-graduation. But her interactions with academia helped her realize that she was a people person and hence the study of 'Human Resources' as a subject was the way forward for her. This journey of self-discovery culminated in a lifelong passion for people& processes, and to introducing innovative and technology driven practices in the HR domain.
