Faisal is a Certified Executive and Life Coach from International Coach Federation. He has a knack for coaching and mentoring aspiring minds. His cherished attachment to academia is reflected by his role as a Part-time faculty at "American International University of Bangladesh(AIUB)" since 2013.

Faisal completed his MBA from "Royal Roads University, British Columbia, Canada" majoring in "Digital Technology Management" and "Advanced Management Program" from "INSEAD"which were instrumental in enabling him to be one of the most reliable advocates of disruptive innovation andcontinuous improvement.He also pursued a 09-month long online Leadership Development Program name "Potentialife" under the supervision of Harvard University Professor Tal Ben-Shahar and Veteran Mckinsey's consultant Angus Ridgway.
