RAJITA SINGH

Rajita has been in the IT industry since 2000, and is currently heading the Human Resources of Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd; a wholly owned subsidiary of the US based Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. (NYSE:BR).

Prior to this she was heading Recruitment of ADP Private Limited, Hyderabad; a wholly owned subsidiary of the US based Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP).

She, in many ways represents the changing face of India’s IT/ITES industry, where human resource professionals are increasingly becoming strategic partners to the core functions.

Under her leadership the company has been felicitated with numerous awards in the areas of Talent Management, Best Work Place, Women Leadership, Communications and HR strategies, by some of the leading bodies across the globe such as Great Places to Work, DQ-CMR, NASSCOM, World HRD Congress, Lokmat.
