Chloe is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is the HR Director of Arvato Systems Malaysia. She comes with 16 years of broad HR generalist experience across multiple industries including IT, Retail and Pharmaceuticals. Her current role in Arvato Systems Malaysia serves as the primary strategic partner to all the business unit heads and senior leaders in developing people strategies, change management initiatives, and much more, to ensure these strategies can proactively support the business’ growth and success.

Chloe holds a Degree in Business Administration, majoring in HR from University Putra Malaysia and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCPSM) certification. She is also a Certified Behavioural (DISC Personality) Consultant, from the Institute for Motivational Living Inc., USA, an Accredited Competency Professional, ACP and an Assessor Capability Development Professional, ACD from Institute of Leadership & Management, ILM, UK.
