B. Ashok Reddy

As the President of Corporate Affairs & Infrastructure, Ashok has the fiduciary responsibility of all the Cyient subsidiaries. As the Chairman of the subsidiaries, he maintains all government and industry body relationships. He is also responsible for the infrastructure, including new ways of deploying physical assets, significantly helping with efficiency.

In his previous role, Ashok was the President of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs. Since joining Cyient, Ashok has specifically focused on defining organizational structures and identifying and developing future leaders. His diversified past experience includes personnel, human resources development, legal, factory administration, and government liaison positions.

Before Cyient, Ashok was with Voltas Limited. He moved on from Management Trainee in a subsidiary to Chief Manager of HR for their home appliances business division, which employs more than 3,000 people.

Mr. Reddy is a postgraduate in industrial relations and personnel management and also holds a bachelor's degree in law.
