Saurabh Shah is a passionate People & Culture Strategist, currently leading as the Head – People Operations at KRAFTON India, with over 18 years of cross-functional experience across Human Capital Strategy, Organisational Effectiveness, Change Management, Org Design & Development, and Corporate Affairs.

With a career spanning global markets across Americas, India, South Korea, China, and Europe, he has consistently driven transformational People solutions and built high-impact leadership teams in both legacy and hyper-growth environments.

Previously, Saurabh has held leadership roles including:

A Computer Engineer by qualification, Saurabh began his journey in tech before discovering his true calling in HR. He went on to earn a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM – HR) from MIT School of Business (Gold Medalist – Academics & Leadership) and a Master’s in Personnel Management from the University of Pune.
