MBA (Summa cum Laude and Scholarship for academic excellence) from Great Lakes Institute of Management, sharpened the data-oriented approach, automation and optimization philosophy with overall business goals in mind. Innumerable interventions delivered have not only eased processes globally but also saved millions of $. From managing transitions in multi-billion dollar acquisitions to being a trusted advisor and coach to executives, I am constantly challenging myself and my team to deliver results across the spectrum.
Being a mother of 2, multi-tasker at home, Indian Classical Dancer and a top performer at work are testimony to my commitment, discipline and passion into topics of interest. Some accolades earned include being adjudged Best Cadet of NCC (Goa & Kar) for 1998, Best Young Manager at the National Competition for Young Managers 2009, Young HR Professional of the Year - 2013 by World HRD Congress etc. Most previous and current managers would vouch for my work ethic and results, raising the bar high for my colleagues, and setting benchmarks to emulate.

leader for the largest business unit, creating strategies and managing growth across geographies.
