Certified in Design Thinking and Talent Management, I use data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
I’ve spoken at industry events and conferences on topics like DEI, employer branding and emerging AI technologies in HR, and I regularly contribute insights on how organisations can create equitable hiring practices. Outside of work, I mentor underrepresented students and advocate for creating opportunities for candidates from small towns.
