With extensive experience in talent acquisition, operations and early career programs, I lead the strategy for Xperi’s global talent acquisition operations and university relations across APAC, EMEA and North America.

I am passionate about building inclusive employer brands and championing early career talent through university partnerships, speaker engagements and mentoring programs. Certified in Design Thinking and Talent Management, I use data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and align hiring strategies with business objectives.

I’ve spoken at industry events and conferences on topics like DEI, employer branding and emerging AI technologies in HR, and I regularly contribute insights on how organisations can create equitable hiring practices. Outside of work, I mentor underrepresented students and advocate for creating opportunities for candidates from small towns.
