Bhupendra Joshi

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vee Technologies, I lead all people functions across the employee lifecycle and work closely with the CEO/COO on driving people transformation across global business units including AEC, IT, Product Engineering, Media Tracking, eGovernance and Manufacturing.
I’ve led initiatives around HR digitization, performance systems, leadership development, and global workforce expansion (Dubai, Australia, Singapore & US) - all with a people-first mindset that supports scale and impact.

With over two decades of HR experience, I’ve worked across sectors like EduTech, FinTech, InsurTech, and AI Tech & in my early career also BFSI, PLM, Telecom Product & Services companies - building teams, shaping strategy, and enabling growth. I played a key role in driving the people agenda at Koo India, a homegrown platform that won the Government of India’s Aatmanirbhar App Innovation Challenge in 2020.

I’m certified in the 4D-PM framework and have invested in learning programs focused on workplace transformation and high-performance habits. My mission is simple: enable, empower, and build cultures that inspire excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
