A Strategic HR partner executing HR best practices to align the objectives of the organization while maximizing employee potential by fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee morale by developing interpersonal relationships within all levels of the organization utilizing attentiveness, trust, and respect.

I have worked for different National and International organizations including BRAC, Save the Children, GIZ, US Embassy, Rahim Afrooz Superstores Limited etc. I have been working as HR Professional for last 16 years and got exposure of holding senior management positions in the capacity of HOHR. Currently I am working as the Head of HR for System Solutions and Development Technologies Limited an organization with 320 working force. This is a senior management position and plays a vital role in setting strategic decisions. This position is reportable to the CEO. I got an exposure with the Development sectors as well as the commercial sector and service Industry.

I have an outstanding academic track record as well. I have completed by Graduation and Post-Graduation under Social Science Faculty from Dhaka University the leading public university of the country. Later on I have completed MBA in HRM with a very good CGPA.

I am a recognized trainer and coach. A self-motivated leader and trainer. I believe in human capacity and love to grow with and develop People. Ensuring people with good and positive attitude is a great challenge and people with right attitude can only be the success factor for any organization. As an HR professional I always devote my experiences and skills to increase people capacity of thinking and setting objectives as per the organization expectation. My team is my main strength.
