Vidusha is a multi disciplinary professional who specialises in HR Consultancy and Leadership Training. Vidusha has over 2 decades of hands on experience in Marketing and Branding, Manufacturing, Process Improvement and HR. Vidusha headed HR, HRD, Compliance and Safety for the local arm of a Fortune 500 company before venturing on his own, and setting up High5 Consultancy, a boutique consulting company in 2005, and Luminary Learning, Sri Lanka’s largest Soft Skills Training Company in 2018. Vidusha is also one of the two Founding Directors of Chrysalis, a social enterprise and a CARE affiliate, focusing on the Empowerment of Women and Youth.
Vidusha has trained in person in 15 countries and virtually for participants from 40+ countries. He is author/coauthor of over 70 practitioner books, and his latest book 'Growing Leaders' featured a foreword from Dave Ulrich and was endorsed by Marshall Goldsmith, and became the only management book by a Sri Lankan author to become an Amazon Bestseller. Vidusha is also a TedX speaker - the only Sri Lankan trainer to take the stage thus far. Vidusha was honored as a Top 30 global thoughtleaders for Leadership by Global Gurus, and was a featured Top 10 thought leaders in Leadership and Management by Thinkers 360.
Vidusha holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing a Certificate in HR from CIPM holds a BA (Hons) Business Management - University of Lincoln, UK, a MA Leading Innovation and Change - University of York, St. John, an MBA - University of Wales, Trinity St. David - UK and a MA in HR - University of Nottingham - UK He is Currently reading for his PhD - NSBM Green University, Sri Lanka.
