He is a Passionate Learning and Development Practitioner and has more than 13 Years' Experience working in various Learning and Development Roles combined with 9 Years' Experience in Leading Learning and Development. Sifikile has worked for various organisations such as Fusion Outsourcing, Metropolitan Health Group and Woolworths to mention a few."
