Ravi is a passionate Learning & Development leader & Organizational Development Consultant. He brings with him over 17 years of global industry experience in organizations across various sectors.
Over the years, he has played instrumental roles in building organizations by building capabilities in people, creating a culture of learning & innovation, producing breakthrough results through OD interventions, and helping businesses to produce measurable and exponential performances by offering real time solutions in the areas of people & talent development.
He is currently working as Head- Learning Campus, Siemens India, Bangladesh and Srilanka. In one of his initiatives in Siemens, he is working on creating disruption in the way employees learn, focusing on addressing the needs of the modern learner.
An Engineer and MBA by qualification, he is also a certified L&D and OD specialist & practitioner. He has worked with companies like Dell, Nokia and Schneider Electric in various capacities leading regional and global teams.
As a visiting faculty in various B Schools and also invited as guest speaker in various L&D and management forums globally, he enjoys interacting with people and is motivated by helping individuals in their overall development.
