Anirban R Banerjee has close to two decades of experience in Learning & Development and Leadership Development across different sectors and business, having worked for organizations like AT&T, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Dr Reddy's and Voltas in Senior positions as an Learning & Development Specialist.
He has received Award in 2008 for his contribution to Training & Development for his initiative "Learning with Leaders" at Tech Mahindra endorsed by Economic Times & Great Place to Work. In 2009, he was recognized as "Emerging Global Learning Leader at IBM " for his Learning Initiative "Blue Knight".

After graduating in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Gujarat University in 1996, Anirban went on to complete his MBA in Human Resource Management from MIT School of Management, Pune (Pune University) in the year 1999.
