Dr. Amrita Saxena brings in 20 years of experience in Academia, Consulting and Corporate as Global Head of L&OD, Practice Head, Faculty and Executive Coach across India, US, Canada, Philippines, UK, Sweden and Australia. Dr. Saxena has been recognized for her work in the space of Culture, Diversity, Agile Transformation and Executive Development. Amrita is the winner of several industry awards and recognitions. The recent ones being Chief Learning Officer of the Year (CLO 2017) and Women Achiever of the Year (2017).
Amrita has been recognized for seeding and institutionalizing L&OD functions and setting up a Corporate University globally. She brings in expertise in designing and leading Strategic, High-impact learning, Performance improvement and Change management initiatives. Her work philosophy stems from Mindfulness and Intrinsic leadership practices. She believes that Org Culture is the "Inside Out" anchor for business driven "Outside In" capability building. A passionate Facilitator and leadership Coach; she brings in a unique blend of academic research, psychometrics and instructional design to Executive Development. Amrita specializes in creating experiential learning journeys by blending techniques like TA, Mindfulness, Psychodrama, Storytelling, Visualization and Gamification. A Guest Faculty at various B schools; Amrita has been a Consultant Faculty for Leadership Assessment/Development Centers at IIM Bangalore. Amrita is a writer and speaker in various industry forums on Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, Millennial learning, Futuristic HR, Mindfulness for Leaders etc.
Amrita holds a Doctorate in the area of Organization Behavior, Masters in Public Administration and Post-Graduation in HR. She is accredited in 12 psychometric and HR tools including FIRO B, MBTI, DISC, Belbin etc and is Mercer certified for People integration in Mergers and Acquisitions. She is a certified Facilitator from DDI International, Dale Carnegie International and American Management Association.
