Rituraj is Vice President and Head - Learning & Development at Lupin Limited. Rituraj joined Lupin in 2006.
At Lupin, Rituraj heads the Learning & Development function for this one of India's top 3 leading Pharma players which employs over 15,000 people worldwide and has operations in over 100 countries.

Rituraj has a Bachelor's degree with honors in Chemistry, a Diploma in Pharmacy and Masters in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He has attended several other Advanced Management Programs from premier Business Management Schools.
With 25 years of world class experience spanning geographies and industries in India, Rituraj joined Lupin from IBM. Rituraj started his career in Marketing with Voltas where he spent close to 5 years. Thereafter, he worked with Blow Plast and Dabur before becoming the Head Sales & Marketing at Alembic Glass. Rituraj moved from areas in Marketing into areas in Human Resources like Learning & Development when he joined NIS Sparta.

Rituraj is a trained facilitator and a certified trainer. Using his business insights clubbed with HR exposure, he has done extensive work in areas of Performance Development, Leadership Development and Organization Development across sectors with large MNCs and Indian organizations.

Rituraj has been awarded for sterling contribution to People Development by the magazine - The Human factor. He is also regularly invited as Speaker on various forums of HR and Business. He has led Learning & Development function at Lupin to earn a place for Lupin Limited in the Top 4 Private Sector Companies across all sectors for the Best Learning & Development Practices by BML Munjal Awards. Under his leadership, Lupin limited has also earned the rank as No. 1 Biotech and Pharma Company in India as per Great Places to Work Survey conducted in partnership with Economic Times in 2012. Among other accolades, the most recent one is the Chief Learning Officers' Award from Tata Institute of Social Sciences for 2012 and 2013. He is also invited to be on the Academic Council Board of Yashwant Rao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
