She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence & Solution Focused Coach, with a wealth of practical coaching and assessment qualifications. She brings a strong background in behavioural and organisational change from her time in Mars Confectionery and over 18 years of consulting experience. She also draws out lessons learnt from challenging experiences of working globally. She encourages her clients that she coaches to also lead by example, have courageous conversations and give inspirational feedback.
Her approach has been described as "insightful yet open, challenging but not aggressive." She has a pragmatic and outcome-focused style, which she combines with strong commercial acumen. Reeta achieves her satisfaction and pride from delighting her clients and working towards generating "Real Results". She recognizes that successful leaders within organizations need to have the ability to operate and inspire across all facets of the business. This enables her to have the ability to work with individuals and teams in helping them focus towards common goals of the organisation.
Reeta has coached leaders across a broad geographical as well as range of sectors from Board Directors of large multinationals to start–ups. Her clients include Microsoft, PWC, Tesco, Nomura, Cadburys, Citi Bank, IBM Consulting, Maxis, Aircel, SingTel, Hertz, Philips, Eversheds, Group M and large not-for-profit organisations.
Reeta is a member of the ICF, APAC and on her journey of learning had been fortunate to have been trained by some of the world's pioneers in executive coaching Sir John Whitmore, Marshall Goldsmith and Julio Olalla founder of Ontological Coaching to name a few. She believes that learning is lifelong and continuing that journey Reeta for the past year is studying at Cambridge University.
Personal Bio – Reeta is truly a global citizen, born in Uganda, grew up in the UK, has lived and worked in a number of different countries including Russia, Eastern Europe, UK, India & Malaysia. She has also worked and delivered to clients based in the Middles East (Egypt, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain) and Africa. (Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania) Reeta now is based in Singapore and continues to work across continents. She truly has a mindset of thinking global and acting local enhanced by her strong personal values.
