Mr. Nilesh Nayak is Head of Training and OD for Bayer Zydus Pharma, which operates in key segments of the Indian pharmaceuticals market with a focus on: Women's healthcare, metabolic disorders, diagnostic imaging, cardiovascular diseases, anti-diabetic treatments and oncology. He is also responsible as a part of Management Committee for key strategic decisions relating to growth and development of Bayer Zydus Pharma. He drives Commercial Excellence and is the Country Champion of the Customer Facing Excellence project in India. Nilesh also holds the additional responsibility of Safety Officer for Bayer Health Care in India.
Nilesh, with his excellent background of pharmaceutical sales, has been more dedicated on practical and pragmatic aspects of business. Nilesh's earlier career included 23 years of extensive service with GlaxoSmithKline.
