Dr. Murali Padmanabhan (Murali) is Sr. Director and Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development for Virtusa, a well-known information technology services provider with a global reach. His responsibilities include Leadership Development, Top Talent Development, Campus development and Skill enhancement.
He has over 19 years of experience in the areas of Learning and Development and has worked at CMC, TCS, Softpro and Deloitte consulting before joining Virtusa.
Murali brings with him rich experience from multiple facets of L&D including Learning Strategy, Technology enabled learning and Leadership development. In his previous assignment with Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd., he managed Talent Development for the Consulting business of Deloitte in India.
Murali has a Doctorate from University of Hyderabad and has done extensive coaching for leaders using world class profiling methodologies. He is a certified executive coach from Erickson Coaching International and has been awarded the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation.
