Emma Murphy is Managing Director of The Change Source, a Dubai based change management consultancy. She is a certified PROSCI Change Management Trainer and she brings her own unique approach to Change Management Consulting and training tailored to the Middle East environment. In Addition, Emma has extensive international consulting experience including working in the UK, US, Taiwan, The Philippines, Australia and the UAE.
Emma is on the organizing committee for the Association of Change Management Professionals in the Middle East.
