Dr. Riza Kadilar is a PhD in Media Economics. After a BSc degree at METU in Industrial Engineering, he has obtained his MSc degree at Stanford University, and completed his MBA at HEC, Paris. He has also completed an executive management course in strategic bank management at INSEAD. He has various advanced level diplomas in executive coaching and mentoring, and has recently attended online programs on leadership in digital age at Columbia Business School and INSEAD.

His past professional career includes senior level bank management experience in UK, the Netherlands, and Turkey, and since 2006 he's been working for an international investment banking groupas their senior country manager and representative for Turkey.

Dr. Kadilar is the president of European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). He has previously been the president of EMCC Turkey between 2010 and 2017. He has provided executive coaching to a large number of executives in Turkish business environment, and has advised in setting of up mentoring programs for various leading institutions.

Dr. Kadilar is a visiting professor at Bogaziçi University and Bilgi University. He is the chairman of an education charity (the English Speaking Union (ESU) Turkey) and of a think tank (China Institute Turkey). He is a scientific committee member at InstitutduBosphore (TUSIAD), trustee and board member at Hisar Education Foundation. He regularly speaks at international conferences.Dr. Kadilar has delivered numerous motivational speeches since 1998 in more than thirty countries on various topics, including, "Leadership in Digital Age", "Inclusive Leadership", "Corporate Well-being", "Personal Branding", "Effective Networking", "Corporate Governance" and "coaching and mentoring". Lately, he gathers his training programs and speeches under the online platform RK Academy (www.rkacademy.biz ).

Dr. Kadilar is the author of various published books including one onexecutive coaching, mentoring, and facilitation. He served as an editorial board member at "GTR: Global Trade Review", a London based leading trade finance magazine and his articles are regularly published at Bloomberg Businessweek Turkey.

He is married to Pelin, and proud father of Kardelen.
