Daw Yadanar Zaw is HR Professional, Strategic planning expertise, Transformational life & Career Coach, Corporate Trainer, Public Speaker. She is an Executive Director and co-founder of Edify Myanmar HR Consulting Firm which is one of the top firms in HR Consulting Sector and Development Sector. She is a strategic advisor of people management and organizational development for private, public companies and associations name as (Mandalay region Chamber of commerce and industry, Myanmar Young Entrepreneur Association and its regional associations, Myanmar Business Executive.

She got her Master's in human resources management and MBA from Australia James Cook University and has been working extensively for 16 years in HR and career coach sectors. Her trainings and guidance have helped many students, employees and managers to develop their professional skills and become good leaders in their organization. She is mainly focusing on helping to choose right career path and personality development for Burmese Young people in Myanmar. She initiated and operated Very First Career Center at Yangon Technological University in Myanmar. Presently, she is not only career coach but also well known as Professional Corporate Trainer/ Consultant and Human Resources Development Consultant among the companies in Myanmar.

As an Executive member of Myanmar Young Entrepreneur Association and Australia Alumni Myanmar (AAM), she is currently doing educational development and socially beneficial projects.
