With a keen focus on aligning HR strategies with overarching business objectives, George has consistently fostered high-performance cultures and mitigated complex challenges across diverse sectors.

Currently serving as the Head of People at FLSmidth Cement, George is based in Copenhagen and collaborates closely with the executive management team to deliver exceptional HR services while championing inclusivity and diversity. His expertise spans Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Relations, HR Risk & Compliance, Organizational Development, Strategic HR Planning, Total Rewards, and Workforce Management.

Notable highlights of George's career include successful tenures as Head of HR for FLSmidth's Asia region, as well as HR leadership roles at HSBC, Emirates NBD, JPMorgan Chase & Co, and Genpact.
