Anita Ramachandran is the Founder of Cerebrus Consultants and a well known authority on Rewards.
Anita began her career in the Management Consultancy division of AF Ferguson & Co. in Mumbai in 1976 as the first woman consultant in the firm. In her nineteen years stint with AFF, she worked in various parts of the country and was finally a Director of the firm.
Anita founded Cerebrus Consultants in 1995 to focus on HR consulting including Organisation transformation. Her reputation and innovative work helped her build Cerebrus into a national presence in 5 years. Cerebrus has offices in 5 major cities and has worked with over 400 companies in South Asia in the last fifteen years. With over 50 consultants, Cerebrus has established itself as a specialist firm in the HR field.
Anita is known as an authority in Reward management in the country and her work in the compensation and rewards area is well recognized. She advises about 100 companies each year on various aspects of rewards and addresses several issues related to top management Compensation and Rewards including Variable pay, ESOP and the enabling Performance Management Systems.
Anita has written widely on the Rewards area in several local and international magazines. She wrote for 8 years in Business India, a well known column called "Job Watch".
Anita is a MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai and has won several academic honours. She has graduated from R.A. Poddar College of Commerce, Mumbai University. She was a Dorab Tata scholar for 6 years through her college education and won several prizes at the University level in both graduate and post graduate level. She also pursued several extracurricular activities in her college days and has won several prizes for debating and writing.
Anita champions several women's issues and is currently the Chairperson for TiE Stree Shakti.
Anita is an independent Director on the board of several well known companies including UTI AMC, HCL Infosystems, Geometric Software and Godrej & Boyce.

Rajeshwar Tripathi is the Chief People Officer for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. His responsibilities involve overseeing the Human Resource function for the Domestic and International Operations.
After the formation of Automotive and Farm Equipment Sectors (AFS) in 2010, he has spearheaded the integration and synergizing of HR processes of the two sectors with a focus on leveraging best practices of both. He has also led interventions for Mahindra Group like "Project Harmony" for the Mahindra Group, which is one of the largest integration projects in SAP HR and "Mahindra Rise Recruitment Project" involving re-engineering of the recruitment process to align it to the Rise philosophy. Driven by the purpose of enhancing the last mile delivery of HR, Rajeshwar has envisaged and led the Conceptualization & Execution of one of the largest HR Shared Services in manufacturing sector in the country. Rajeshwar was also awarded the CXO Award by the World Auto Forum, under the HR CXO category, in the recently announced 2015 World Auto Forum Awards which involves exhaustive research and multiple jury rounds.
Prior to being with Mahindra, Rajeshwar was with Eicher Motors Ltd. where he was the HR Head for the Commercial Vehicle Business. He is a Science Graduate and has a Post Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XISS, Ranchi.

Dr. Ritu Anand is Deputy Head-Global HR, and Head-Talent Management at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In this diverse role she oversees key aspects of HR, including compensation & benefits, company policies, career, performance and leadership management. Suchitra has over 20 years of rich HR experience in Australia, India and Asia Pac, in a variety of sectors ranging from not for profit to consulting to FMCG. She has both line HR, consulting and strategic HR experience.
She is currently the CHRO for PepsiCo India Region for all businesses. She is responsible for the overall HR strategic agenda to ensure sustainable business growth through driving the talent, culture and organization agenda. She is responsible for setting up the right structure and leadership to enable business growth.
Prior to this she was heading the HR function for multiple countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Korea, Japan and Philippines) across Asia Pacific for PepsiCo. Her focus was on building the right organization design and change management to ensure PepsiCo continues to win in a highly competitive global environment. She was also responsible for ensuring that a high values culture is embedded across the geography.
Earlier, she was Director Talent Sustainability at PepsiCo India and responsible for the entire gamut of creating the right policies, processes, culture and systems. She designed interventions to build a robust leadership pipeline to ensure sustainability of the business.
She joined PepsiCo in 2006 and prior to that was the Associate Director at Cerebrus Consulting responsible for setting up and driving business in the Northern region of India. She has a Post Graduate degree in HR from Xaviers Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, India and Graduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry from Bangalore university.

Mr. Sunil Prabhune brings with him over 18 years of experience in global and regional leadership roles. He has a proven track record of success in leading cross functional assignments, implementing break-through change management, developing and implementing complex Human Resources strategies, and of building high performing, diverse teams.
In his current role, he is leading Rural Finance business of L&T Financial Services with asset size of about 9700 crores, over 25 lakh customers and a workforce of about 8500 people. He is also heading Human Resources function for L&T Financial Services, and is responsible for conceptualizing and driving the human resource strategy for the Group.
Mr. Prabhune has also led Corporate Communication, Facilities Management and Corporate Social Responsibility function for L&T Financial Services. Prior to joining L&T Financial Services, he has been associated with ICICI bank, GE and Novartis in various capacities.
