Shilpa Pradhan

Shilpa Pradhan holds the prestigious position of Group Head BFSI Cloud with TechMahindra Pvt Ltd. She carries a rich experience(proficiency) of 25 years in the field of HR.
She has been into the leadership role for more than a decade now. The organizations she has worked for have been benefitted greatly by getting the right talent at the right time which has led to a desirable revenue growth of those corporates.

Under her leadership, the team members she had mentored, are all at prestigious positions in their organizations today and they give the credit of their success to her.
Her first leadership role was in Polaris Software Pvt Ltd where she joined as a Manager. Her portfolio was to handle the business for 5 Delivery Units in BFSI space. She took up the challenge quite sportingly and proved her skills by getting the onboarding numbers from 20 to 120 per month.

During her tenure with Datamatics she proved to be a catalyst in the growth of International business. Under her effective leadership and a lean team of 2 members, she was instrumental in onboarding the talent against tough competition with the Industry giants like Accenture and Cap Gemini. This got her visibility in the management team.

Shilpa has always been a strong pillar in the organizations she has worked for. Her role towards business understanding (business acumen) has been widely appreciated. Her team has always looked forward to perform under her leadership as she has been a combination of a strong business woman with a friendly approach.

Shilpa has also proved herself in non functional (non occupational) initiatives by showing the same enthusiasm in OD initiatives by participating and winning in various competitions held.

She has successfully handled the entire APAC zone during her posting in Singapore where she was responsible for hiring for 10 countries.

Coming(With respect to) to voluntary work and service to HR fraternity, Shilpa is a President in the prestigious HRIA forum where she has made an impact by her active participation and commitment.
