Biography

Role at Forterro Sharon joined Forterro on 1st October 2021 to lead the People & Culture Strategy at Forterro. Sharon is a member of the Forterro Executive Board, based between our London HQ and her home office in Ireland.

Background/Previous Roles Sharon's background and core expertise is in leading accelerated change & transformation through excellence in people practices, leadership development and organisational culture. Sharon has previously led the HR strategy for some of the worlds largest multi-national organisations including Macom Technologies, Delphi Technologies, Sanmina-SCI and Flextronics International.
Sharon has particular interest in emerging trends on the Future of Work, HR Technology, Talent Trends and in particular Employee Wellbeing (which she refers to as our human imperative)
