A performance-driven leader, who brings over 24 years of versatile experience across strategic and execution roles. Graduated with distinction, from Said Business School, University of Oxford, she has also completed Post Graduate diploma in Organizational Leadership, a Master's level program, from Oxford University, UK. A proficient Human Resources Professional with admirable understanding of sales; Prutha is a specialist in turnaround & business transformations within high paced organizations.

Currently Prutha serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sajjan India Limited, a CVC portfolio company. Acquired by CVC for $1 Billion in May 2022, Sajjan India is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) with expertise in large-scale production of Active Ingredients (Agro), Electronic Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals and Intermediates which have applications in agro, pharma, dyes & pigments. Here, her focus has been on creating and operationalizing the people approach in line with Organizational strategy with focus on human capital experience, tiered leadership development, and systemic initiatives. She has been at the forefront of transition from promoter led to PE backed, Management driven enterprise.

In the true sense, she is a growth partner to CEOs for accelerated business expansion and adept in organizational transformation through culture building and change management.

Her experiential depth spans across Chemicals, Pharma, Insurance (BFSI), Telecom and Hospitality Sectors. In the past, she was associated with large conglomerates including - Cipla, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries, Bharti-Airtel, and ITC. She has also had the opportunity to partner with McKinsey to drive the business transformation at ABG.

As an OD practitioner, certified coach, and a user of psychometric tools, Prutha brings with her in-depth expertise around 'Whole-Person' change. Well versed in performance consulting skills, she is a certified trainer and a user of Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning.
