Maya Shenoy

Maya Shenoy is an Executive Officer with substantial talent in strategy and organizational transformation experience in BankTech, Financial services & product-data analytics organisations. She has supported rapid scaling of multi-million-dollar companies with a drive for empowering both the people of the organisation and those that it impacts. She has been a trusted advisor to multiple CEOs and Boards. Shenoy comes with 20+ years of experience in building teams and collaborating with founders and leaders to create high-growth, sustainable organisations with a positive team culture. Previously, she helped scale Oracle Financial Services, Fintellix Solutions & Dvara Solutions. After building an enormous wealth of experience, Maya became an advocate for inclusive technology and organisations that drove the same. She joined New Street Technology as one of the preliminary members and scaled the team from a handful of people to a whopping 130 highly skilled members in less than one year. Her theory was simple: “The smartest people want a unique reason to work that goes beyond the ordinary”. The second organisation Maya has invested her interests in with 10x the challenge, was Shecommerz. She helped build Shecommerz simultaneously over the last year along with New Street Technologies. Today Shecommerz is a 1000 member organisation spread out across 75+ locations in less than a year. She participated in the nurturing osf a mother tree with branches expanding across the nation. These branches have financially empowered 250,000 rural women micro-entrepreneurs with formal Indian financial services and have connected communities and neighbourhoods in ways that are unprecedented. Crossing culture, language and geographical barriers her contributions have allowed the company to boast some of the lowest attrition rates within the industry.
