Marvin Zoilo

Recipient of the 2020 Global HR Leaders Award in India and 2019 Most Talented HR Leaders by the World HR Congress in Singapore, he is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP®) by IFPM, Certified Management Consultant (CMC®), former Director of Development for Philippines HR Group (PHRG), elected as one of the CCAP HR Council Officers, VP-General Administration for Lean Management Alliance of the Philippines, and founder of ASEAN HR Leaders Circle Philippines Chapter. He has previously worked for top companies such as Rolls-Royce, Ford, DuPont and Aboitiz. Affiliated as consultant for project management, Lean Six Sigma, Occupational Health & Safety (BBS), Zoom Financials, and Ethics & Compliance since 2004, he is proficient in the competency areas of: HR cross-function development, workforce analysis, HR optimization planning, workplace values and company culture, values-based strategic leadership alignment, recruitment and talent attraction marketing, compensation and benefits, occupational safety and health, career mapping and performance management, salary structuring, diversity and labor law compliance, risk-based approach in HR projects, and even HRIS integration management. Currently, enlivening his passion to give back to the HR community by being an active core volunteer member of the PHRG and #InspireHR events. An accredited trainer for ISO 9001 TQM, ISO 10002 Complaints Management, ISO 45001 OSHA, and ISO 21500 Project Management under SGS Philippines since 2016.
