Ksenija Nikolova

Ksenija Nikolova, the visionary founder of Better Women Better World, a startup dedicated to empowering women and girls, is an internationally published fiction author, digital creator, and staunch advocate for women's empowerment. Born with a natural inclination towards learning and personal growth, her life's journey has been a tapestry of diverse experiences that have shaped her into an accomplished leader with a unique perspective.

Her educational journey took her from Skopje, where she completed high school, to Barcelona, where she pursued a bachelor's degree in business administration and tourism management. Those transformative three years exposed her to a myriad of people and cultures, enriching her inspiration and broadening her worldview. Fluent in Spanish, acquired during her time in Barcelona, Spain became a place she fondly considers home.

In pursuit of further growth and exploration, Ksenija relocated to Dubai to study hospitality management and pursue a master's degree. This one-year experience in the Middle East proved to be transformative as she immersed herself in a different culture, drawing inspiration from their traditions and remarkable progress.

A seasoned traveler, Ksenija has lived in Barcelona, Dubai, and briefly in New York, experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives that have greatly influenced her open-mindedness and served as a wellspring of inspiration for her literary works and her entrepreneurial journey.

In 2022, Ksenija launched Better Women Better World, a startup dedicated to empowering women. Recognizing the importance of providing a safe space for women to share their journeys and struggles without judgment, she created a community where women could support one another. Her personal experiences highlighted the significance of sharing during difficult times and motivated her to create a platform that promotes positivity, empowerment, and unity among women.

The journey of creating Better Women Better World has been immensely rewarding for Ksenija, and she remains committed to nurturing this community, ensuring that it continues to be a beacon of positivity, empowerment, and unity for women and girls worldwide. Her passion for women's empowerment and the transformative power of digitalization inspired the creation of BW2CLUB, a support network app dedicated to uniting women globally, fostering empowerment, celebrating diversity, and promoting personal and professional growth. As the driving force behind these initiatives, Ksenija Nikolova strives to make a meaningful impact on the lives of women and girls around the globe.
