Kaveh Gharachorlou

I am an HR Professional, Trainer and Executive Coach with over 30 years' HR experience, including 17 years' business experience within the Middle East.

Previous experience in the Middle East includes having been Regional Talent Development Director for a leading Media Creative agency (overseeing their 10 MENA offices) as well as Group Head of HR for a global US Security and Defense organization, building a shared Centre of Excellence to service 8,000 employees.
Recently I had my own boutique UAE consultancy agency in UAE for the past 5 years, working alongside CEO's and taking organizations to become certified in being a Great Place to Work, delivering employee engagement strategies in agile workplaces, supporting organizations going through change management, Mergers & Acquisitions and the addressing the people challenges this brings. I have delivered coaching and leadership training programs to a diverse range of industries and audiences within UAE and MENA.

I am a Professional Certified Trainer and Coach (PCC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) along with an MA in HR Strategy from Kingston University, UK and an MBA from South Bank University in London, UK.

I therefore bring a unique mix of training, business experience and emotional intelligence skills to support sustainable growth to make businesses succeed.

Originally born in give and raised in London UK, having work and life experiences in several countries globally gives me a diverse cultural background as well as a deep understanding of the different cultures and business practices within the Middle East. All this makes me an ideal candidate to be considered for this award.
