Harjeet is an international speaker, author, poet, visionary, inventor, influencer, professor of practice and a HR Leader. He is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and INSEAD. He is currently working with Reliance Jio. He is also known as RK Laxman of Business.

He is an SAP HCM consultant, Six Sigma Greet Belt and Assessor for Predictive Index. He has 4 published patents and has written 7 books. All his books have been the best sellers on Amazon.
