Deepika Garg

Deepika is a seasoned HR Leader with HR experience, across industries in global capacity. She has been instrumental in developing path breaking human practices to support business in record timings.

Since past many years she has been working as strategic partner to the C-level and been leading the transformations across industries and locations globally. She is extremely passionate about the psychological aspect of organization development and has been successfully managing the change management around culture turn arounds. Her experience ranges from logistics, tech, retail to ESG space and her strength specifically lies in building strong pride organizations with focus on creating a learning mindset.

She is currently working as Global Head of HR for Elevate GLOBAL- an LRQA company, a market leader in ESG ecosystem and risk management. Deepika holds Post Graduation in Human Resources and certification in Organizational Psychology from Hong Kong Space University and is a sports enthusiast.
