Bertie Le Roux

With over 40 years of diverse experience across corporations, private and state entities, and both listed and private companies, he have dedicated most of his life to fostering growth and development in a people-centric environment. His journey seamlessly transitioned to full-time professional coaching, a role that he find both exciting and gratifying.

As a teacher, coach, manager, leader, mentor, and speaker, he has honed his skills through the University of Life, gaining invaluable teachings and experiences while working globally. His commitment lies in enhancing the growth and development of those who entrust their journeys to him.

In 2002, his passion for people development was reignited during his tenure as a Rotarian - Paul Harris Fellow. Responsible for the Youth Exchange Program, a rich and dynamic multicultural initiative, he recognized the profound impact we can have on the future by guiding and mentoring the youth to reach their full potential.

He hold the titles of ICF certified Coach, Neethling Brain instrument practitioner, Financial and Wealth Planner, Serial Entrepreneur, Non-Executive Director appointee, and HR Professional. His academic background includes a BCom and a Hons Business and Administration, both from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Beyond these qualifications, He is an international speaker, award-winning author, coach, mentor, avid podcaster, and co-host on a radio station, with a fervent dedication to guiding individuals through their transition from "job to business." His mission is to empower them with the necessary skills and mindset for entrepreneurial success. He is not just a professional, but a catalyst for transformation, bringing passion and purpose to every endeavour.
