Biography

Ajay Bakshi is a Senior HR thought leader, Ex CHRO, Independent Board, Executive Coach at C suite levels and Business Leader with extensive experience in HR, Sales and Business leadership with an experience of 30 plus years in transforming organizations through people. BUSINESS ACOMPLISHMENTS He has contributed as a CHRO and Leadership management Team member in organizations like Vodafone Global Services(India),Prudential Global Services India and Sterlite Technologies and Power where he introduced transformation initiatives like ESOPs, Balance Score Card as a strategic level and Performance Management initiative, Organization restructuring, as a strategic lever to drive productivity/efficiency, Top talent programs, Leadership Development programs with tie ups with leading institutes like IIM[1]Ahmadabad, Bangalore, IIT-Mumbai. He has been recognized for his contributions in HR and has several awards to his credits which include - Best Global HR strategy recognized by Business World for Vodafone Global Services India Dream companies to work for (Ranked number 11) Times of India Ascent for Vodafone Global Services India. He has provided business leadership and HR leadership to the growth of Vodafone Shared Services from a 1000 FTE to a 12000 FTE organization, successfully led the acquisition of Cables & Wireless India with Vodafone Shared Services and Vodafone India Shared Services. He has international experience with Prudential Plc as Head of Talent for UK& Europe where he was responsible for the Talent management strategy design and implementation including Development centers for Prudential Plc across UK, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. He has been Head HR for Sterlite Technologies and was instrumental in the successful integration and merger of the Telecom cables and Power Transmission business of the Sterlite group. In 2022, Ajay was appointed as the President and Board Director of Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching (ILEC), founded by Mr. John Mattone who is a Bestselling Author, World's Top Executive Coach (2019, 2020 & 2021) and an ex-coach of Steve Jobs.
