Biography
Punit Mehrotra in his diverse and inspiring journey of 24 years has been an authentic, innovative, and passionate Leader and a Global Coach with a panache to enable transformation at every level; from individuals, teams and corporates to society at large.
His unique and rich journey spans across strategic business leadership roles in multinational organizations as well as professional executive, leadership, business and career Coaching and Facilitation.
He has been living his life's purpose of making a significant positive difference by enabling individuals and teams to be the best version of themselves and unleashing their true potential. He has been honored with several national and international accolades as well as industry excellence awards throughout his professional and academic journey. He has been recognized by Times Ascent amongst the Most Influential Coaching Leaders of India in 2021 and with the ET-Now Coaching and Development Leadership Excellence Award 2020 at the World HRD Congress.
Punit Mehrotra is a globally Credentialed ICF Coach, Coach Mentor and has been a Board Member and Vertical Director of ICF (International Coaching Federation), Mumbai Charter Chapter. He has been instrumental in galvanizing corporate and social partnerships to enable coaching access, excellence, and impact. He has been an integral part of IKMG Global as a Chief Strategic Advisor and Leadership Coach.
He has partnered with globally acclaimed employers, clients and consulting firms across the FMCG, IT, Pharma, Banking, Financial Services, IT, Retail, Petro-chemicals, Medical Devices, Insurance, KPO, Automotive systems, Manufacturing, Education, Foreign Embassy and Social Sectors to enable leadership development, leadership coaching, facilitation and transformation. He has a sterling academic record with top honors and holds a post graduate degree from BITS, Pilani. He has been enabling and driving leadership competency development, group coaching, entrepreneurship, innovation, and industry readiness of students in prestigious academic institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad, TISS, NMIMS and Bombay College of Pharmacy.
He accomplished several International coaching accreditations and certifications such as ICF – PCC (International Coaching Federation – Professionally Certified Coach), Licensed Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner, Hogan Practitioner and Associate Neurolinguistic Programming and was trained at Coach for Life US and Coacharya.
