Prosenjit Mukherjee

Prosenjit Mukherjee is the Group CHRO and Head of Human Resources at SRKay Consulting Group, a Global IT Services and Consulting Enterprise. The company has ranked among the Top 150 High-Growth Companies in India by The Economic Times and has ranked Top 500 in APAC by Financial Times.

Prosenjit has close to 20 years of experience in Global HR and Human Capital Management and has worked with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. During his career, he has uniquely designed Talent Solutions and Human Capital Excellence globally, transitioned multi-country business operations, and set up end-to-end HR organisations for mid to large-sized corporations. Under his leadership, Companies have received accolades across the Indian subcontinent and globally.

Prosenjit holds a specialised degree in Business Commerce and Management and is an alumnus of XLRI.

During his career, he has worked with various fortune companies and clients and has handled vast geographies across the Indian subcontinent, the US, the UK and Easter Europe.

Prosenjit has received many accolades at the National and Global Levels, namely, "Topmost HR Tech Leader 2022 in India" by World HRD Congress, "Excellence in HR 2021" by the Indian Achievers Award Forum, HR40under40 2018-19, Top 100 HR Minds 2017-18, and has been awarded by Top B-schools from time to time. He is a part of the NASSCOM Gujarat Council and holds national-level membership at NHRD, SHRM, Harvard Business Review Group, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce, SPHR etc.
