Madhav holds the responsibility of organizational development, its effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing, retention and Talent Acquisition that includes monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring. He has a master's degree in Management with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He is certified in Quality Auditing and Personality Development & Soft skills Training.
