Biography
Liliane Rocha is the Founder and CEO of Gestão Kairós – Sustainability and Diversity
Consultancy, one of the main impactful consultancies in Brazil and Latin America, with a
17-year career as a Latam Executive in multinational companies, such as Walmart and
Votorantim Metais.
She is the Diversity Strategic Advisor at Ambev, Telefónica S/A (Vivo), The Future
Advisory Board at Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, CEO's Legacy from
Fundação Dom Cabral (from 2018 to 2022), an initiative that gathers at least 11 CEOs,
Aditya Birla Novelis (from 2021 to 2022) and Moove (2022).
Holding a Master of Public Policy Management and an MBA in Sustainability Degree, she
works as the current Professor in the post-graduation of sustainability course at
University of São Paulo, as a Professor-Influencer at PUCPR Digital, and at the Brazilian
Institute of Corporate Governance, as a guest Professor.
Recognized as one of 50 Women of Impact in Latin America 2022 by Bloomberg Línea,
and for three years in a row as 101 Global Diversity and Inclusion leaders by the board of
World HRD Congress.
Columnist writer for VOGUE, Invest News BR (Nubank) and Época Negócios. Author of
the book "How to be an inclusive Leader", largely distributed to the C-Level of global
companies, and of new concepts in Brazil, just like Diversitywashing - term created and
registered by her, used to identify practices of organizations hijacking Diversity and
Inclusion just to obtain marketing status, without doing concrete actions.
