Latha Basava as she is known in the corporate community has a "Legal Touch" to the global business attributed to her exceptional experiences in the field of HR aiming a human angle and sustainable practices.

She started her reputation practicing as an advocate at the age of 21 and expanded her leadership across United States of America, Europe, Southeast Asia with her exceptional contribution in the area of Talent development. She has worked in the area of Prevention of sexual harassment at workplace and has helped several organisation mature in their internal process.

Among her significant contributions with philosophy as People First, the past two years presented her an opportunity to connect with their employees for social and personal well being. She is now based in Hyderabad, as Regional HR for Sodexo at Google company which they have grown from 500 associates to 1500, now projected to cross 2,300 team members within short span of time, her account also has expanded to USA and new countries in APAC and Middle East.
