Harsha Mashelkar

Harsha is a Senior HR Leader with over 17 years' experience in core HR and leadership across manufacturing, service and knowledge industry. Harsha is a People potential catalyst, Coach and Certified trainer having experience in driving change management and culture building in large organizations. Harsha has an extensive experience on HR Strategy and People Development policies.

Harsha has worked on Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and delivered impactful community development projects. She has extensive experience in HR spanning the manufacturing, research, maritime and shipping industry.She has contributed significantly to the field of learning, hr policy administration, hr transformation, leadership development and culture building in organisations. She has also done a lot of work in the field of diversity and inclusion to build a strong work culture in organisations.

She holds BCOM, LLB, PGDBM degrees from Goa University and has also pursued PGCSL from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is a Certified Trainer from ISTD, Delhi and has conducted various leadership and soft skills trainings during her career. She is also well versed in conducting strategy sessions and leading business transformation, change management projects in multinational organisations. Harsha is trained on various psychometric tests like MBTI, FIRO B, 16 PF. She is also a certified leadership and personal development coach.
